Meet Dylan

Born and Raised in the South Bay, Dylan Bartlett developed an early appreciation for the communities and lifestyle that hat make the area such a special place to call home. Before entering Real Estate, Dylan competed as a Division 1 soccer player while earning a bachelor degree in Real Estate. His experiences in both high level athletics and real estate have shaped the competitive, disciplined, and team-oriented approach he brings to his career today.

Dylan approaches real estate with an emphasis on building genuine relationships and understanding what matters most to each client. Whether helping a family find the right place to call home or evaluating an opportunity from an investment perspective, he strives to provide clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a strong understanding of the local market.

Having grown up in Palos Verdes and Manhattan Beach, Dylan’s connection to the South Bay extends well beyond real estate. As a lifelong athlete, he enjoys staying active through soccer, basketball, time outdoors, and enjoying time with friends and family throughout the South Bay cities.
